By entering the service/event premises, you consent to, photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for live streaming, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on web sites, and/or any other purpose by Spirit Of God Ministries. You release Spirit Of God Ministries from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, and/or publication of photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

Cancellation Refund Policy

If for any reason Conference Point may need to reduce or limit our numbers, we will select registrants that are paid in full, in the order of their registrations.  We do not expect this to happen.  However, if this is the case and you are excluded because of a change to Conference Point policy, we will refund your money.  If federal or state government enact restrictions that should cause us to cancel / partially cancel, we will do our best to refund your money, if we are able to recoup the funds we have paid in.  However, since we are required to pay a large portion early, it may happen that we will be credited at Conference Point for a future retreat.  Please work together with us on this, as we will be trying to work with the Conference Center for the best solution.
