The Spirit of the Lord is really moving! We will be having another glorious retreat in October of this year. We have reserved two lodges at the Glen Eyrie Conference Center in Colorado Springs, Co. We will gather to worship Jesus, receive His word and be in fellowship with our brothers and sisters. This location is filled with exciting opportunities to rest and relax and be refreshed in the Lord! God is moving like never before in these meetings, the river of the Lord is GUSHING!
The pricing below is a little different this year because of the more elegant location (rather than a Christian camp-style retreat), also we are required to pay extra for the meeting room each day. Your fee includes 3 nights in the lodge, an elegant breakfast buffet each day (in the Castle!), plus your registration fee.
Your lunch and dinner will be on your own. We have 2 lodges we will be staying in, and each lodge has a common kitchen area with a fridge and microwave that you may use, or there are many places close by where you can eat as well. Your room does have a coffee-maker.
We welcome both married couples and singles!
$438 per person OR $876 per married couple - room and registration for 3 nights and breakfast
$722 single room (1 person)- room and registration and breakfast
Need Extra Savings? We have the ability to host 3 or 4 in a two-queen bedroom to save you money! In order to get this, you must call or text Lori (262-748-0680) to register for this. Please have your roommates lined up.
Meeting times are at 10:30 am, 2:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
You may check in to your room as early as 4 pm on Monday, October 12th, 2026
We will start our first evening service at 7 pm on Monday in Oaks Lodge Meeting Room on the first floor.
On Thursday, October 15th, 2026 you will have breakfast and check out of your room by 11:00am. IF YOU SIGNED UP DURING EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION, and want personal prayer, you MUST bring your prayer ticket with you to the lower level of Oaks Lodge (there is a meeting room there). You will need to vacate your room completely before 11:00 am, so please pack up your room before breakfast, and put your things in your car.
Pricing is based on having 2 per room. Rooms are limited, so all attendees will have roommates (rooms are spacious and beautiful). We will honor your roommate requests, (if you tell us early enough). We do have a few single rooms available for $772.00
IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!! - Cancellation/refund policy, pet policy, and first-come/first-serve policy.
If for any reason Glen Eyrie may need to reduce or limit our numbers, we will select registrants that are paid in full, in the order of their registrations. We do not expect this to happen. However, if this is the case and you are excluded because of a change to Glen Eyrie policy, we will refund your money.
If federal or state government enact restrictions that should cause us to cancel / partially cancel, we will do our best to refund your money if we are able to recoup the funds we have paid in. However, since we are required to pay a large portion early, it may happen that we will be credited at Glen Eyrie for a future Retreat. Please work together with us on this, as we will be trying to work with the Retreat Center for the best solution.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at Glen Eyrie. If you have a certified service animal, please contact Glen Eyrie directly to request an exception. If an exception is granted, you will need to let us know as well so we can work with Glen Eyrie to allocate the appropriate room for you.
Cancellation / refund policy: If you cancel prior to midnight, September 14th, we will give you a full refund. After September 14th, we will not be able to give you a refund, as we will be required to pay Glen Eyrie for that registration. If we can fill your spot, we will refund your fees minus a $20.00 processing fee to cover our merchant fees.
Retreat Room Assignments:
- There will be 2 per room unless you request 3-4 for savings, contact Lori ahead with your roommates' names (in this case do not register online)
- We will honor your roommate requests, (if you tell us early enough).
- You will be meeting new friends and we believe you will have many lasting friendships formed during this retreat.
- Rooms are spacious and comfortable with private baths.
- Pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are supplied.
- Shampoo, soap, hairdryers, irons and a coffee pot are provided in each room.
- WARNING: there are no fridges, or microwaves in your room (they are available in the common area ... )
Lodging for Couples:
- Rooms are spacious and comfortable with private baths, two queen beds per room, except there are also 2 King rooms in the mix
- Pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are supplied.
