We will be having another wonderful, spirit filled retreat in August of this year. We have reserved a new location at the Highlands Camp & Retreat Center in Allenspark Co. (close to Estes Park) We will gather to worship Jesus, receive His word and be in fellowship with our brothers and sisters. This new location is filled with exciting opportunities to rest and relax and be refreshed in the Lord!
Prices below are per person, and include 3 night’s lodging, 7 meals and a registration fee.
We welcome both married couples and singles!
$350 per person OR $700 per married couple
Meal Information: We will be eating in the dining hall on the grounds. Meals are served promptly @ 8:00 am, 12:00 pm, 5:30 pm. The first meal begins Tuesday morning.
Meeting times are at 9:30 am, 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
You may check in to your room as early as 4 pm on Monday, August 26th, 2024
We will start our first evening service at 7 pm on Monday in Longs Peak Meeting Room
On Thursday, August 29th, we will have breakfast and a final meeting ending around 1:00 pm. You will need to vacate your room completely before 9:00 am, so please pack up your room before or after breakfast, and put your things in your car, as the meeting will start at 9:30 am.
Singles pricing is based on having 2-4 per room. Rooms are limited, so all singles will have roommates (rooms are spacious and beautiful)
We will honor your roommate requests, (if you tell us early enough). We do have a few single rooms available for 525.00
IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!! - Cancellation/refund policy, pet policy, and first-come/first-serve policy.
If for any reason Highlands Ranch may need to reduce or limit our numbers, we will select registrants that are paid in full, in the order of their registrations. We do not expect this to happen. However, if this is the case and you are excluded because of a change to Highlands Ranch policy, we will refund your money.
If federal or state government enact restrictions that should cause us to cancel / partially cancel, we will do our best to refund your money if we are able to recoup the funds we have paid in. However, since we are required to pay a large portion early, it may happen that we will be credited at Highlands Ranch for a future Retreat. Please work together with us on this, as we will be trying to work with the Retreat Center for the best solution.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at Highlands Ranch. If you have a service animal, please contact Highlands Ranch directly to request an exception. If an exception is granted, you will need to let us know as well so we can work with Highlands Ranch to allocate the appropriate room for you.
Cancellation / refund policy: If you cancel prior to midnight, July 30th, we will give you a full refund. After July 30th, we will not be able to give you a refund, as we will be required to pay Highlands Ranch for that registration. If we can fill your spot, we will refund your fees minus a $20.00 processing fee to cover our merchant fees.
Retreat Room Assignments:
Single attendees:
- There will be 2-4 per room.
- We will honor your roommate requests, (if you tell us early enough).
- You will be meeting new friends and we believe you will have many lasting friendships formed during this retreat.
- Rooms are spacious and comfortable with private baths. Some rooms have extra sinks and vanity space.
- Pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are supplied.
- Bring your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, conditioner)
Lodging for Couples:
- Rooms are spacious and comfortable with private baths, two beds per room.
- Pillows, sheets, blankets and towels are supplied.
