• Registration (BELOW!) is based on availability at GLCC.  If there is availability, after June 15th, there will be an additional $20 fee (GLCC is charging us more for meals at that time, etc)

Prices below are per person, and include 2 night’s lodging, 4 meals, and a registration fee.  We will be rooming in Kern Lodge. 

IMPORTANT:  EVERY PERSON ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE will be required to register and complete payment for meals, registration and conference center fees at $99.  This does NOT include the room, so:

ADDITIONALLY, ONE PERSON PER ROOM will be required to purchase the room (we are calling you the Room Captain   : )  and then it may be split among the roommates.  You may have up to 4 in a Double Queen room, and up to 4 in a Queen plus 2 twin beds. Please register at the bottom of this page.

$294 - Double Queen room - no matter how many people in the room   

Note - this room has no microwave or fridge, however, there is one in the common area on each floor.  There is a lounge with TV, microwave, refrigerator and coffee on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 

$294 - Queen plus two twin beds 

The rooms are not equipped with shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer.  There is high speed internet available in your room.

When registering BELOW, (for singles), you will need to tell us who your "room captain" is - this is the person that will be purchasing the room, and you will pay them for your share of the room.  (Sorry this is a bit complicated, but the way that the contract works, this makes it much more clear for us and the conference center.)

IMPORTANT 

Cancellation/refund policy, pet policy, and first-come/first-serve policy:       

If for any reason GLCC may need to reduce or limit our numbers, we will select registrants that are paid in full, in the order of their registrations.  We do not expect this to happen.  However, if this is the case and you are excluded because of a change to GLCC policy, we will refund your money.    

If federal or state government enact restrictions that should cause us to cancel / partially cancel, we will do our best to refund your money, if we are able to recoup the funds we have paid in.  However, since we are required to pay a large portion early, it may happen that we will be credited at GLCC for a future retreat.  Please work together with us on this, as we will be trying to work with the Conference Center for the best solution. ·       

Pet Policy:  No pets are allowed at GLCC Bauer Lodge.  If you have a service animal, please contact GLCC directly to request an exception.  If an exception is granted, you will need to let us know as well so we can work with them to allocate the appropriate room for you. ·  

Cancellation / refund policy: If you cancel prior to midnight, April 28th, we will give you a full refund minus processing fees .   After that, we will be able to refund your money only if we find someone to fill your place, as we are required to pay the center.

Dietary Preferences

Dietary preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan will be honored when possible; an alternative is not guaranteed at every meal. Preregistration is not necessary for these dietary preferences.   

Medical/Allergic Dietary Needs We will provide alternative meals to guests with medical or allergic dietary needs such as nut allergies, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc. Food is cooked separately to avoid cross-contamination when necessary. Medical/allergic dietary needs must be communicated 2 weeks prior to arrival by filling out the Medical/Allergic Dietary Request Form. This form is for medical/allergic dietary needs only (not for dietary preferences). You will be contacted the week before your arrival regarding your meal accommodations.
